As our social distancing restrictions loosen and as business, retail and leisure destinations re-open, we will again be flowing in-and-out of cities daily. As mass transit, including train and subways networks, are keys to this mobility, we need to plan how to make rail travel a safe and reliable solution in the time of Covid-19 and beyond.
