A much valued local hospital

The Westfriesgasthuis in Hoorn (near Amsterdam) is a much valued local hospital. In 2015, the hospital was awarded with the Gastvrijheidszorg Award, for most hospitable Dutch healthcare institute.
Mijksenaar developed a clear, comprehensive wayfinding sytem for the Westfriesgasthuis. Wayfinding for the children’s hospital was part of the scope.

Additionally, we developed a wayfinding app. This app isn’t your average aftermarket wayfinding app. It was developed not only with the spatial wayfinding in mind, but alongside it.
