Ever since the Amsterdam metro system opened in the 1980s, Mijksenaar has been involved in designing its signage.
When the Ring Line began operating in the 90s, we expanded the design of existing signage into a full-fledged information system, which includes ticket-machine instructions, timetables and zone charts.
The focal point of the system is the metro map.
